Society shapes us in many ways and makes us who we are, and in some ways more than we may know. Media has a strong view on how an individual should look. We look at post on media all day of perfect images of others and look to find those amazing idealized features in ourself and don’t find them. Social media has made millions of people slide into darkness of having negative body image on themselves because of unrealistic expectations media gives out.
